Welcome to Pelican Self Storage Espoonlahti! Check the email you received for your storage number. The letter in front of the number determines the location of the space. <\/p>

A-storages are located in building A (e.g. A2101): Sillankorva 17, building on the right hand side when looking from Lidl
B-storages are located in building B (e.g. B3212): Sillankorvankuja 2, building on the left hand side when looking from Lidl<\/p>

The letter of the house (A\/B) can also be seen on the wall of the building.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

You can drive your car\/trailer directly under the canopy, which also protects you from the weather. In the loading area, you can borrow trolleys for transporting goods. Remember to return the trolleys! <\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

3. Opening hours and use of the Pelican Smart Access app<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

You have access to your storage space every day of the year from 05.30 to 22.00 from the start date of your contract.<\/p>

In order to access your storage, you need to activate the Pelican Smart Access app. We have sent you an SMS to activate the app. The message contains a link to the app itself and a code to activate the app. Instructions for using the app can be found here:

Our customer service is located in the A-building. 4. How to find your storage space<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

The lifts are located in the lobby immediately after the doors to the loading area. The first number of your storage unit indicates the floor on which the space you are renting is located (e.g. B3123 is on the third floor). <\/p>

When you reach the right floor, there will be unit numbers in front of the elevator and arrows indicating which direction you need to go to find your storage.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

5. Use of storage space<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

Once you have found the space you rented, please check once again that you are using the right space. The storage number is outside the door. <\/p>

Open the door by pulling the latch open. This unlocks the lock and the door can be opened. <\/p>

On the floor of the unit there is a safety-approved cylinder lock with keys. Note. Pelican has no spare keys to your lock.<\/p>

The storage is now ready for use.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

6. How to close and open the storage door<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

To close the door:<\/strong>
Push the door closed, and slide the metal latch into place so that the door locks. (For lift-up doors, pull the door down and make sure the door is fully down to get the latch in place.)
Make sure the cylinder lock tab is aligned with the lock. (See picture 2: The dots are facing each other) Insert the lock into it's place and turn the key counterclockwise. Remove the key and the lock should stay in place. Make sure the door does not open.<\/p>

To open the door:<\/strong>
Turn the key to the right and pull the cylinder lock out of its slot. Slide the metal latch and you can now open the door.<\/p>

Drive up units:<\/strong>
Inside the storage there are two (2) iLOQ keys and instructions for opening and closing the door. When you arrive at the storage for the first time, the door will be unlocked and can be opened by lifting it.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
