Welcome to Pelican Self Storage Tammisto!<\/p>

Our customer service is open on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. In our shop you can buy moving and packing supplies such as moving boxes, mattress covers, packing tapes, etc. Welcome to visit us! <\/p>

2. Loading area and entrance<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

You will find the loading area once you have entered the entrance gate and proceeded to the end of the driveway on the other side of the building. The loading area is covered to shelter your car and belongings from the rain. The height of the canopy is 4.0m. <\/p>

In the corner of the loading area you will also find trolleys for transporting goods. The trolleys are not locked and we ask you to return them to their place after use. The trolleys may not be left in your own storage or transported outside our area. <\/p>

3. Opening hours and the Pelican Smart Access app<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

You have access to your storage space every day of the year from 05.30 to 22.00 from the start date of your contract.<\/p>

In order to access your storage, you need to activate the Pelican Smart Access app. We sent you an SMS to activate the application. The message contains a link to the app itself and a code to activate the app. You can find instructions on how to use the app here:

4. How to find your storage space<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

The lifts are located in the lobby just inside the loading area doors. The first number of your warehouse will tell you which floor the space you are renting is on (e.g. 3123 is on the third floor). <\/p>

When you get to the right floor, there are signs on the walls of the corridors with the unit numbers and arrows telling you which way to go to find your storage.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

5. Use of storage space<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

Once you have found to your storage, please check once again that you are using the right space. The unit number is outside the door. <\/p>

Open the door by pulling the latch open. This unlocks the lock and the door can be opened. On the floor of the unit there is a safety-approved cylinder lock with keys. Note. Pelican has no spare keys to your lock.<\/p>

The space is now ready for use.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

To close the door:<\/strong>
Push the door closed, and slide the metal latch into place so that the door locks. (For lift-up doors, pull the door down and make sure the door is fully down to get the latch in place.)
Make sure the cylinder lock tab is aligned with the lock. (See picture 2: The dots are facing each other) Insert the lock into it's place and turn the key counterclockwise. Remove the key and the lock should stay in place. Make sure the door does not open.<\/p>

To open the door:<\/strong>
Turn the key to the right and pull the cylinder lock out of its slot. Slide the metal lock pin and you can now open the door.<\/p>

Drive up units:<\/strong>
Inside the storage there are two (2) iLOQ keys and instructions for opening and closing the door. When you arrive at the storage for the first time, the door will be unlocked and can be opened by lifting it.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

To exit the building, take the lift back to the 1st floor. The doors to the loading area can be opened from the inside by pressing the buttons on the pole in the lobby. <\/p>
