Welcome to Pelican Vallila!
Our customer service is open on weekdays from 10-18 and on Saturdays from 10-14 on Kumpulantie. In our shop you can buy moving and packing supplies such as moving boxes, mattress covers, packing tapes, etc. Welcome to visit us! <\/p>

You can drive to the courtyard from Elim\u00e4enkatu 32 and Kumpulantie 17. If you arrive when the customer service is open, the courtyard doors will open automatically. <\/p>

At other times you can get the doors open by using Pelican Smart Access<\/strong><\/span><\/a>-app.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

You can drive your car\/trailer directly into the loading area, so you are also protected from the weather.<\/p>

The loading area can accommodate several cars at the same time.<\/p>

Please note that parking in the loading area is only allowed during loading or unloading.<\/p>

3. Opening hours and the Pelican Smart Access app<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

You have access to your storage space every day of the year from 05.30 to 22.00 from the start date of your contract.<\/p>

In order to access your storage, you need to activate the Pelican Smart Access app. We sent you an SMS to activate the application. The message contains a link to the app itself and a code to activate the app. You can find instructions on how to use the app here:

4. Trolleys in the loading area<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In the loading area, you can borrow pump trucks and trolleys for transporting goods. The trolleys can be borrowed from the shop. <\/p>

The trolleys are not locked and we ask that you return them to their original position after use. Trolleys may not be left in your own storage or borrowed. <\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

5. How to find your storage space<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

Hissit sijaitsevat lastausalueen sivuilla (varastot 2101-2338, 3101-3351, 4101-4351 ja 5101-5341),<\/p>

The lifts are located on the sides of the loading area (warehouses 2101-2338, 3101-3351, 4101-4351 and 5101-5341) and in the corner of the courtyard behind the lift door (warehouses 100-172, 200-259, 1201-1212, 2403-2442, 3400-3456 and 4400-4462).<\/p>

The first number of your warehouse indicates the floor on which the space you are renting is located (e.g. 3123 is on the third floor). <\/p>

When you reach the right floor, the elevator will have the unit numbers in front of it and arrows indicating which direction you need to go to find your storage.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

6. Use of storage space<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

Once you have found the space you rented, please check once again that you are using the right space. The storage number is outside the door. <\/p>

Open the door by pulling the latch open. This unlocks the lock and the door can be opened. <\/p>

On the floor of the unit there is a safety-approved cylinder lock with keys. Note. Pelican has no spare keys to your lock.<\/p>

The space is now ready for use.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

7. How to open and lock your storage door<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

To close the door:<\/b>
Push the door closed, and slide the metal latch into place so that the door locks. (For lift-up doors, pull the door down and make sure the door is fully down to get the latch in place.)
Make sure the cylinder lock tab is aligned with the lock. (See picture 2: The dots are facing each other) Insert the lock into it's place and turn the key counterclockwise. Remove the key and the lock should stay in place. Make sure the door does not open. <\/p>

To open the door:
Turn the key to the right and pull the cylinder lock out of its slot.
