Welcome to Pelican Self Storage Varisto!<\/p>

When our customer service is open (weekdays 10-18 and Saturdays 10-14), the gate to the courtyard is open. If you arrive when the customer service is closed, the gate is closed.
In our shop you can buy moving and packing supplies such as moving boxes, mattress covers, packing tapes, etc. Welcome to visit us! <\/p>

To open the gateway, use Pelican Smart Access<\/strong><\/span><\/a>-app.<\/p>

Your storage is located in the main building at the back of the yard.<\/p>

A covered loading area is located on the left side of the store.<\/p>

Please note that parking in the loading area is only allowed during loading or unloading.<\/p>

When you are ready, kindly move your car to the parking spaces provided.<\/p>

3. Opening hours and the Pelican Smart Access app<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

You have access to your storage space every day of the year from 05.30 to 22.00 from the start date of your contract.<\/p>

In order to access your storage, you need to activate the Pelican Smart Access app. We sent you an SMS to activate the application. The message contains a link to the app itself and a code to activate the app. You can find instructions on how to use the app here:

4. Trolleys in the loading area<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

In the loading area, you can borrow trolleys for transporting goods. The trolleys are not locked and we ask you to return them to their place after use. Trolleys may not be left in your own storage or borrowed to take with you. <\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

5. How to find your storage space<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

The lifts are located in the lobby immediately after the doors to the loading area. The first number of your unit will tell you which floor the space you are renting is on (e.g. 3123 is on the third floor). <\/p>

When you reach the right floor, the elevator will have the unit numbers in front of it and arrows indicating which direction you need to go to find your storage.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

6. Use of storage space<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

Once you have found the space you rented, please check once again that you are using the right space. The storage number is outside the door. <\/p>

Open the door by pulling the latch open. This unlocks the lock and the door can be opened. <\/p>

On the floor of the unit there is a safety-approved cylinder lock with keys. Note. Pelican has no spare keys to your lock.<\/p>

The space is now ready for use.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

7. How to open and lock your storage door<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

To close the door:<\/b>
Push the door closed, and slide the metal latch into place so that the door locks. (For lift-up doors, pull the door down and make sure the door is fully down to get the latch in place.)
Make sure the cylinder lock tab is aligned with the lock. (See picture 2: The dots are facing each other) Insert the lock into it's place and turn the key counterclockwise. Remove the key and the lock should stay in place. Make sure the door does not open.<\/p>

To open the door:<\/strong>
Turn the key to the right and pull the cylinder lock out of its slot. Slide the metal lock pin and you can now open the door.<\/p>

Drive up units:<\/strong>
Inside the storage there are two (2) iLOQ keys and instructions for opening and closing the door.
