Day 1: Set goals<\/h3>

Think about what you want to achieve by organising your home. Write down your goals and add daily tasks to your calendar. That way you won't forget what to do and you'll move steadily towards your goal. <\/p>

Take a day to go through the levels of your home, such as kitchen worktops, coffee tables and bookshelves. It's easy to accumulate items on these surfaces that already have a place - or belong in recycling or the trash. <\/p>
