The garage keypad is located at the top of the drive strip on the left-hand side. When exiting the garage, the access device is located at the bottom of the ramp, on the driver's side.

Please note that the maximum height of a vehicle in the parking garage is 2.2m.

3. Opening hours and use of the keypad

You have access to your storage space every day of the year from 05.30 to 22.00 from the start date of your contract.

To access your storage, you will need your 8-digit access code, which you received by email. Access devices are located both at the entrance gate and at the outer doors of the loading area.

When entering the code into the reader, first press * (asterisk) + then the 8-digit code + finally # (dash).

Instructions for using the device can also be found below.

3. Loading area/parking garage

You can drive your car inside the parking garage, which also serves as a loading area. The parking spaces are located immediately after the ramp on the right. Please note that the maximum vehicle height when entering the loading area is 2.2m.

Please also note that parking in the loading area is only allowed during loading or unloading.

In the loading area, you can borrow trolleys for transporting goods. The trolleys are not locked and we ask you to return them to their place after use. Trolleys may not be left in your own storage or borrowed to take with you.

4. Mannerheimintie entrance

There may be several visitors to the storages at the same time. In this case, you can also use the lifts/entrance on the Mannerheimintie side.

The lifts facing Mannerheimintie are slightly smaller than the main lift. If you want to use them from the garage/basement, you can find them by passing through the white sliding doors at the corner of the loading area.

6. How to find your storage space

The first number of your unit tells you on which floor the space you are renting is located (e.g. 3053 is on the third floor).

Special mention to the 3-digit units: you will find units numbered 100-299 on floor -1 and 300-450 on floor -2.

The wine cellars are on floor -2 and are numbered 500-720.

When you reach the right floor, the units are on the left. On the walls you will find signs indicating which direction you need to go to find your unit.

7. Use of storage space

Once you have found to your storage, please check once again that you are using the right space. The unit number is outside the door.

On the floor of the unit there is a safety-approved cylinder lock with keys. Note. Pelican has no spare keys to your lock.

For easy access, you can get an access tag from the store free of charge during store hours. Once activated, you can display it on the black area of the access device, so you don't have to enter a code.

To open the door:
Turn the key to the right and pull the cylinder lock out of its slot. Slide the metal lock pin and you can now open the door.

To close the door:
Push the door closed and slide the metal latch into place so that the door locks. (For lift-up doors, pull the door down, making sure the door is fully down to get the latch in place.)

Make sure the cylinder lock tab is aligned with the lock. (See picture 2: The dots are facing each other) Insert the lock into it's place and turn the key counterclockwise. Remove the key and the lock should stay in place. Make sure the door does not open.
