Pelican Self Storage is currently looking for properties and plots of land, especially in the metropolitan area.
We want properties to be located close to major roads, so that they have good visibility and are easily accessible by car and public transport.
We are looking for building plots, slope plots and finished buildings. We are primarily looking for plots of land that have been zoned, but we are also interested in undeveloped land. The minimum size of the property should be 3 000 m2 and the minimum size of the building plot should be between 4 000 and 20 000 m2.
We are also looking for properties in the centre of Helsinki, and are interested in condominiums and rental apartments of at least 2 000 m2.
Pelican Self Storage is primarily interested in buying and owning the entire storage facility, but may also be interested in joint ventures. Our business is not disruptive and traffic is around 1-2 cars per hour during opening hours. The premises are protected from noise.
