1. Arrival

In our shop you can buy moving and packing supplies such as moving boxes, mattress covers, packing tapes, etc. Welcome to visit us!
To open the lifting door, you need Pelican Smart Access app on your phone.
2. Loading area/entrance
You can drive your car/trailer directly into the loading area, so you are also protected from the weather.
The loading area can accommodate two cars at the same time.
Please note that parking in the loading area is only allowed during loading or unloading.
When you are ready, please move your car to the side of the road.
3. Opening hours and the Pelican Smart Access app
You have access to your storage space every day of the year from 05.30 to 22.00 from the start date of your contract.
In order to access your storage, you need to activate the Pelican Smart Access app. We sent you an SMS to activate the application. The message contains a link to the app itself and a code to activate the app. You can find instructions on how to use the app here:

If you encounter problems outside opening hours, call the emergency number 020 491 2761.
4. Trolleys in the loading area
In the loading area, you can borrow trolleys for transporting goods. The trolleys are not locked and we ask you to return them to their place after use. Trolleys may not be left in your own storage or borrowed to take with you.
5. How to find your storage space
In Ruoholahti, all the units are at street level, so there is no need for a lift. The storages are numbered. Please make use of the space that has been rented to you. Please check the storage number in your contract.
6. Use of storage space
Once you have found the storage you have rented, please check once again that you are using the right space. The unit number is outside the door or marked on the door itself.
Open the door by pulling open any locking latch and pull the door open.
There is a safety-approved padlock with keys on the storage unit floor. Note. Pelican has no spare keys to your lock.
The space is now ready for use.
