Preferences for location and accessibility
We prefer the property or land to:
- be located near major arterial roads
- be in a highly visible location
- be easily accessible by car and public transport
- be located in the Helsinki metropolitan area
What kind of properties and land are we looking for?
We are looking for various properties and land:
- existing buildings with a floor area of at least 3,000 m²
- building plots with an area of 4,000–20,000 m²
- zoned plots and undeveloped land
- sloped plots in suitable locations
- owned or leased premises in the Helsinki city center with a size of at least 2,000 m²

Do you have a property or plot that could be suitable for Pelican Self Storage? We are primarily interested in purchasing and owning the entire property, but joint ventures may also be of interest. Our business does not cause significant disturbance to the environment. The volume of traffic is approximately 1–2 cars per hour during opening hours.
