Cancel storage agreement

As a private consumer, you can use this digital form to notify us that you wish to exercise your 14-day right of cancellation regarding a storage agreement made online with Pelican Self Storage.

This form may only be used to exercise your right of cancellation within the cancellation period. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the storage agreement has been signed.

If you wish to terminate an existing rental agreement, make changes to your agreement, report a move-out from your storage unit, change the size of your storage unit, or contact your facility for any other matter, this form should not be used. Regular terminations and other inquiries should be made directly to the facility from which you rent your storage unit.

Important before submitting the form

By submitting this form, you confirm that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation in accordance with the rules governing the 14-day right of cancellation.

Submitting the form confirms that you wish to cancel the agreement. Pelican will process your request and verify whether it was received within the cancellation period.

If the request is received after the cancellation period has ended, it will not be processed as a cancellation under the 14-day right of cancellation. In that case, the relevant facility will contact you regarding further handling of your request.
