Pelican Industrial was founded in 2024 and currently has four locations: three in Greater Copenhagen and one in Länna, near Stockholm. We are constantly expanding with strategically located premises near motorways and urban areas.
As a tenant, you will have access to your own Operations Manager, who visits the site to ensure everything is working and that you are satisfied. With a personal contact person and prompt assistance, you can focus on running your business.
