“We simply want to help food lovers flourish in the kitchen,” says Åsa. Åsa and Anne-Lie had dreamed for years of working with food.
Their passion for food was strong long before they took the bull by the horns and decided to start selling professional kitchen equipment.
”We seized the opportunity and showcased our products at the Formex trade fair. That success was decisive for our next step,” says Anne-Lie.
Working from home in Hägersten, they soon realized they needed more space.

“We started with 9 m², and today we have 55 m² of storage space across five different units, used for everything from stock storage to garden grills and trade fair displays.”
Flexibility is a huge advantage for us. Instead of committing to one large storage space, we’ve been able to adapt our storage to match the needs of the business.
Pelican’s service also means a lot to us. The staff help with receiving and handing over deliveries, so we don’t need to be there in person when the couriers arrive.
